Fixings
2 Bunches Dried bean stew
8 Fresh red bean stew
1 Bunch Shallots
1 Bulb of garlic
1 Part Ginger (eliminate skin)
3 Tablespoons Shrimp glue
1 Cup Cooking oil
Technique
Heat up a non-stick skillet and add the shrimp glue and sautéed food in low heat.Keep crushing the glue with a spatula until it relax as in the picture.Throw every one of the fixings into your blender and pour a cup of cooking oil. Mix every one of the fixings together until velvety surface formed.Heat up a dish and pre-cook the mixed chillies. Cook in medium hotness and make sure to continue to mix as chilies consume without any problem. Cook for around 15 minutes until your chilies become a brilliant shade of red. Put a side and let it cold down in a bowl before move to glass container.Store in a glass compartment and keep in the cooler to be use whenever. Appreciate!
